Culinary journey Bali – part 05 La Lucciola Restaurant Petitenget

leave a comment »

Greetings from Stockholm, Sweden!

Located on the beach next to a temple at Petitenget, La Lucciola remains one of my favourite restaurants in Bali – a must visit!

Style of cooking is Mediterranean with a strong Italian influence.

Entrance of La Lucciola – Petitenget, Bali

La Lucciola, restaurant proper

Upper deck La Lucciola

Calamari fritters with rucola and balsamico

Special of the day – Seafood pie with snapper and slipper lobster accompanied with truffled potatoes and rucola

Special of the day – Strozzapretti with Italian sausage and pancetta

Cheese platter of brie, parmagiano and gorgonzola

One of the best places in Bali for a proposal, stunning sunsets to enjoy your pre-dinner cocktail and continuous breeze from the sea as your dinner companion.
