New toy…

Oh this just crossed my mind. I finally abandoned my nice brick of a HTC Hermes PDA, switched over to a Nokia (yeah yeah, look at me with disgust) N85.

Nevertheless, moving from the all familiar Windows Mobile 6.1 to Symbian was a shocker – to say the least. But I’m getting the hang of it with a little fiddling these few days. I must admit that the N85 is a nice little device that does everything that the PDA does in addition to a GPS that doesn’t quite work (or rather, I don’t know how to work it), 5 mega pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, Tessar lens (f2.8-4.5) and dual LED flash, 8gb Micro SD card in addition to all other bells and whistles.

The best part for me – the AM OLED (Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) screen which is simply stunning. Heck, even phones are going organic nowadays!
